General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

2. Object and Acceptance
These General Terms of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products offered on the electronic catalogue of odc-paris.com. Any order of a product appearing in the online store implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions by the Client.

Offers are valid within the limits of available stock. In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Client will be informed by email, and the order will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Products and Conformity
Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, photographs and descriptions are indicative and do not have contractual value. The products conform to the legislation and standards applicable in the European Community.

5. Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT applicable at the date of the order. Ozgen Design S.A.R.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the Client is guaranteed the price displayed at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are additional and calculated before the final validation of the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Client.

6. Payment
Payment can be made via:
Credit Card (MasterCard, EuroCard, Visa): Secured via SSL protocol.
PayPal: Via the customer’s PayPal account.
Wire Transfer: For orders placed via email. Processing begins upon receipt of funds. All bank charges are the responsibility of the Client.

7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the ordering process. The seller is responsible for the proper execution of the delivery. If the delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from order confirmation, the Client may cancel the order and be refunded in full. The Client must inspect the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damage.

8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without justifying their decision.
Procedure: The Client must inform the company of their decision by email at odc@ozgen.fr.
Return: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the Client.
Exclusions: This right does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products (Art. L221-28).

9. Legal Guarantees
All products sold benefit from:
The Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Art. L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code): 2 years from delivery.
The Guarantee against Hidden Defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): 2 years from the discovery of the defect.

10. Liability
Ozgen Design S.A.R.L. cannot be held liable for damages resulting from a "Force Majeure" event (strikes, fires, natural disasters, network failures) or for the improper use of the products. Our products are intended for adult use and are not suitable for children.

11. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data collected is used solely for the processing of orders and management of the customer relationship. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting odc@ozgen.fr. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties without your prior permission.

12. Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Client may contact a consumer mediator in accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code. Please contact us at odc@ozgen.fr to obtain the contact details of the mediator we are affiliated with.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute related to the interpretation or execution of these conditions falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
